Warranty & Returns

At One More Cast we stand behind the quality of our fishing tackle. These terms explain your rights and our policies around returns and warranties. They do not affect your legal rights under UK consumer law.

30-Day Return for Faulty or Unused Items

If your item is unused or has a fault, you may return it fully within 30 days for a full refund, replacement, or repair. Upon receiving the item back, we will inspect before taking action.

1-Year Warranty Against Manufacturing Defects

we offer a 1-year warranty on all products for manufacturing faults. If a product fails within this time, we will inspect the item and offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. Defected products must be returned in full.

This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@onemorecast.co.uk.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@onemorecast.co.uk and send your item to:

Shipping UK
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Kwick Pack, Unit 3 Langford hall, Langford, Essex, CM9 4ST.

Shipping Europe
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Oudenaardestraat 84, 8570 Anzegem, Belgium

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
